Silverfish survive in most environments, but thrive in high humidity conditions and can often be found in dark, damp areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and attics.

Characterized by a silvery blue color, small scales and wriggling movements resembling a fish – this pest is also known as the fish moth or carpet shark.
